Maddi Cook Coaching
January 2027 Launch Campaign
Filling the missing middle.
There’s a gap in the current offer suite.
You already help Bosses get their numbers right, market with more ease and, eventually, go from full-time service delivery into education.
The missing link is what happens when a Boss is priced properly, marketing well and making money — but is still buried in the day-to-day running of the business.
This Boss has never really been taught how to step out of “everything by myself” mode and look at the business like its CEO.
This offer will help them zero in on the time and money leaks in the business, figure out what can be automated, delegated or systemised, and create more capacity without simply working harder.
Basically: work smarter, not harder — but in a way that actually changes how the business runs.
Core offer messaging.
Because this offer is a bit of a Frankenstein of Breakthrough + Elevate — both in terms of campaign structure and some of the course material — we need to get the core message properly nailed before we start writing launch emails.
I’ll create an Offer Messaging House that becomes the foundation for everything we say throughout the campaign.
Review of existing Voice of Customer material.
Review of relevant feedback, testimonials and previous launch data.
Core problem, transformation and promise.
Ideal customer / user profiles so we’re clear who we’re talking to.
Key messaging pillars, objections and sales arguments.
Up to 3 potential names for the offer.
Up to 10 headline / subline directions.
A 60-minute briefing call so we can close any gaps before the copy sprint begins.
Thrifting all the best bits of the previous campaign. Rewriting the message.
The previous launch ran to approximately 74 emails across pre-launch, waitlist, challenge promotion, challenge delivery, masterclass promotion, sales, downsell and abandoned cart.
Repeating 74 emails is probably not the best use of anyone’s time.
I appreciate that we need a proper runway and enough email volume to sell a mid-ticket offer well, but I also think a lot of the emails from the previous campaign could have worked harder for us.
So I’d keep the parts of the structure that make sense: a long runway, multiple “front doors”, and a thorough sales window — but streamline the bits that don’t need me involved.
To keep the budget and scope fair, my focus would stay on the demand-building and revenue-driving copy.
Pre-launch / warm-up
Build the beliefs the paid offer depends on before we ever ask the audience to buy.
Waitlist
Warm, focused messaging for the people already showing stronger intent.
Slay The Day
Promotion for the challenge and the first front door into the wider launch.
Smarter Not Harder
Masterclass promotion that bridges the gap between wanting a different business and understanding what actually has to change.
Open-cart / sales campaign
The main January sales sequence covering the core sales arguments, objections, proof, FAQs, pricing and deadline messaging.
Up to 40 campaign emails.
A mix of brand-new copy and substantial strategic rewrites of relevant existing launch material.
The old launch is the blueprint, not something I’m going to rewrite email-for-email.
Where something already works, we keep it.
Where the message needs to work harder, I rewrite it.
Honouring the Breakthrough work we never got to finish.
I also want to honour the remaining Breakthrough work we never got to complete after that launch was cancelled.
So as part of this project, I’ll include a strategic edit/update of the existing sales page so it reflects the new offer, positioning and campaign message.
This isn’t a full blank-page sales page rewrite, but I’ll review the existing copy and make the changes required to bring it into line with the new scope.
I’m including this within the project fee rather than quoting it separately.
Keeping my time on the copy that builds demand and makes sales.
The following sit outside this scope:
The campaign can still be written in a way that makes future launches much easier to repeat. Once the core messaging and evergreen parts exist, dates, links, deadlines and live-event details can be updated rather than rebuilding everything from scratch.
Our runway for January.
Pre-launch
Warm the wider list around the core problem and start shifting them from technician thinking towards CEO thinking.
Slay The Day
Four-day challenge and first major front door into the launch.
Smarter Not Harder
Free masterclass and second major front door into the paid offer.
Main sales window
Paid offer campaign running through the end of the January revenue window.
Sprint-style, not dragged out for three months.
I’ll deliver the work in batches. You and the team review it straight away, then I block 1–2 days for edits before moving into the next sprint.
Strategy + messaging
Briefing call, VoC / launch review, Offer Messaging House, offer naming directions and core campaign messaging.
Warm-up + waitlist
Pre-launch emails, waitlist emails and sales-page strategic review / update.
Lead-generation campaign
Slay The Day invitation campaign and Smarter Not Harder promotional emails.
Sales campaign
Open-cart / sales emails, final revisions and handover.
Have the strategic launch copy finished by 20 November, giving everyone plenty of breathing room before December and January.

Upcycle, not photocopy.
The old launch obviously did a lot right commercially, so I don’t want to throw the whole thing away just because some of the copy could have worked harder.
We keep the infrastructure that worked.
Then we rebuild the messaging around a new offer, stronger pre-launch belief work, current VoC and a much clearer reason for why this Boss needs to stop being the person manually holding every part of the business together.
How about it?
Choose an option above, then confirm below and I’ll get the agreement and deposit invoice over so we can block October out.
